Custom Products Notice
Please note that Squezlaxprcrozul specializes in custom-made blinds and curtains. Because each product is made specifically to your measurements and specifications, our return policy differs from standard retail policies.
Defective Products
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of installation. We will:
- Inspect the product either in person or via photographs
- Repair the defect at no additional cost
- Replace the product entirely if repair is not possible
- Provide a full refund if replacement is not feasible
Manufacturing Errors
If we make an error in fulfilling your order (wrong color, wrong size due to our measurement, incorrect material), we will correct the mistake at no charge to you. This includes remake and reinstallation costs.
Customer-Provided Measurements
If you provided your own measurements and the product does not fit, we cannot offer a refund. However, we can discuss options for modifications or a discounted remake. We strongly recommend using our professional measurement service to avoid this situation.
Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has begun. Before production starts, you may cancel your order, but any deposits may be non-refundable depending on materials already ordered.
Warranty Coverage
All our products are covered by a manufacturer warranty:
- Blinds: 5-year warranty on mechanisms and materials
- Curtains: 3-year warranty on fabric and construction
- Motorized systems: 5-year warranty on motors and controls
Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper cleaning.
How to Request a Return or Repair
To initiate a return, exchange, or repair request:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product
- Provide your order number and description of the issue
- Include photographs if applicable
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellation Before Production
If you need to cancel your order before production has begun, please contact us immediately. We will refund your payment minus any non-recoverable costs for materials that have already been ordered.
